I just purchased a dvr, ANRAN 960H 8 Channels Full D1 DVR CCTV, when it is running, the alarm light is always on but the record light is not. I have a feeling the lights are wrong. is there a fix for this?(3/16/2016)

I have trouble setting my Anran vdb221 wifi on my wifi. I did follow the instruction got a confirmation however when I disconnect my Ethernet cable, I do not have image. It work correctly on Ethernet cable. Can someone please help?(2/27/2016)

PLEASE check your POWER SUPPLIES page. I believe your power supplies have 12vDC (or 24vAC) output... NOT 112/220v output... I am pretty sure the INPUT is 110/220vAC.(1/26/2016)

Dear Sir/Madam, I am hoping you can help me with some problem I am having. I purchased 8x POE 960P / 1.3MP 24LED cameras. I have been using these cameras with iphone for remote viewing with no problem. Now I got Nokia Lumina (Windows Phone) and am having too much trouble to set up any apps to view the cameras. I have been trying to get them to work for 2 weeks!! Driving me crazy! On local network I can make it work with 1 or 2 apps, but not with most apps, but big trouble for access when not on local network. Apps supporting onvif do not recognise this camera automatically, and instead I need to configure it manually. Big Problem: Now I changed some ports and I am locked out of 1 of the cameras. Other 7 cameras can log in. I need to reset this camera so I can log into it again. How can I do this? Hope you can help with this. Also, if you have any suggestion for setting this camera up with Windows Phone apps, I would appreciate any help or suggestions you have. Regards, Robert(7/19/2015)
