The product with quality problem (Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired under warranty) within 1 year (from the date you received the item), it can be returned and repaired. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Anranhtshop.com may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.
You will need to send the product back to us and pay for the return shipping fee. When we receive the product, we will repair it and ship it back to you with postage paid.
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by Anranhtshop.com, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the Return Policy as stated above.
